2. Description of Service
Scholarship-Award.com is a scholarship video contest platform operated by DmvEdu. The Platform allows eligible students to submit TikTok videos on assigned driver’s education topics, track engagement-based rankings, and compete for scholarship awards.

5. Contest Submissions
- Each participant may submit one (1) video per contest round.
- Submitted TikTok videos must remain publicly accessible through the measurement end date of the contest round. Videos that are deleted, privated, or otherwise made inaccessible will be disqualified.
- Submissions must be original content created by the participant and must address the assigned topic for the contest round.
- Participants must upload a copy of their video file to the Platform for transcription purposes.
6. Content Standards
Submissions must not contain:
- Profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory language
- Sexually explicit or suggestive content
- Graphic violence
- Promotion of illegal activities, drugs, or alcohol
- Personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent
- Content that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines
The Platform uses automated content moderation to screen submissions. Flagged content is reviewed by DmvEdu administrators, who may approve or reject submissions at their sole discretion.
7. Ranking and Winner Selection
- Submissions are ranked based on TikTok engagement metrics (views, comments, and likes), synced daily from TikTok.
- The leaderboard displays relative rankings only; the scoring formula is not disclosed.
- Scholarship-Award.com and DmvEdu.org retains full discretion over winner selection. The leaderboard informs but does not dictate winner selection. Scholarship-Award.com and DmvEdu.org may select winners from the top of the leaderboard or from anywhere in the submission pool (“editor’s picks”).
8. Likeness and Content Rights
- By submitting, you grant Scholarship-Award.com and DmvEdu.org a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, embed, reproduce, and promote your submitted video (including your face, voice, and likeness) on dmvedu.org, Scholarship-Award.com, and DmvEdu’s social media channels.
- You retain ownership of your video content.
- You may request removal of your content from dmvedu.org at any time after the contest round concludes by contacting us.
- For participants under 18, parental or guardian consent for likeness usage is required as part of the submission process.
9. Transcription and Publication
- The Platform automatically transcribes submitted videos and publishes the transcription alongside the embedded TikTok video on dmvedu.org.
- Safe content is published automatically. Content flagged by the automated moderation system is held for administrator review.
- Published pages include: embedded TikTok video, student profile (name, photo, school, grade level, location), transcription text, and TikTok engagement stats.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is not your own original work

- Submit multiple entries per round or circumvent the one-entry limit
- Interfere with the Platform’s operation or other participants’ submissions
- Misrepresent your identity, school, or eligibility
Violation of these terms may result in disqualification and removal from the Platform.
